Reporting illegal content
In a chat, the fastest way is the Report button. To report illegal content or behaviour on Hoplo in any other way, write to the address below and include:
- what happened and why you believe it is illegal;
- the date and time, as exactly as you can;
- any details that help find the conversation;
- your name and e-mail address (reports of child sexual abuse material may be anonymous);
- a statement that you believe in good faith that your report is accurate and complete.
Bans and appeals
If you are banned, appeal from the ban screen: your appeal reaches the moderators together with the details of the ban, and you get the answer by e-mail.
Requests from authorities
Law enforcement and other authorities can send their requests to the address below.
Your personal data
To ask about your personal data or to request access to it or its deletion, write to support. You can also delete your account yourself in the account menu.
